FOSSology cannot directly access a Subversion repository via its URL. However you can use your normal subversion client to check out the repository to the FOSSology server and use 'cp2foss' to add it to FOSSology for analysis. We have a requirement in our "Task List' to add functionality to FOSSology to upload directly from Subversion, but it is pretty low priority since there is an existing workaround.
