Hello again Yiling, Based on the postgres warnings, it appears the fossology database was NOT created during the installation.
Please (re)run this command "/usr/lib/fossology/fo-postinstall" and examine the output carefully for errors. You should see messages indicating user "fossy" is being added (or is already added) and the fossology database is being built (or is already built). Please capture the output and send it to me for review.
