Hi Bob, I suspect you are using a version before 1.4.1. There was a bug in nomos where it would stop scanning on the first null in the file. The jar on 1.4.1 gives the correct result:
http://repo.fossology.org/simpleIndex.php?mod=nomoslicense&upload=243&item=50883904 One-shot just runs nomos from the command line, but that and the web interface all call the same function to scan the file. So I can't explain the different results assuming that you are only running one version of nomos. I'll have to look at that more carefully.
