Hi Michael,
Ok, but are there initial analyses to run?  That is, when you uploaded the 
file, did you check all the scans?  If so, then there are no additional scans 
to run.
Also, I suspect that the only scans of use to you are 1. nomos (the license 
scanner) and 2. copyright.  The other scanners currently are:
3. mimetype (does not effect 1 or 2) - writes the file type (mime type) into 
the database
4. package agent (does not effect 1 or 2) - records debian and rpm package 
headers in the database
5. buckets - Much more involved to admin, allows you to define your own 
categories like "ship hold" or "source required" or …
