Hi, I have an account in your Redmine system with username "silvanocc", but I get an "Invalid user or password" error all the time.
I have already requested a new password. That procedure confirms me that I have entered the right e-mail address (this one) and that I'm using the right username (silvanocc). I have used the new password request a couple of times with different passwords (with and without special characters, with and without numbers, with and without capital letters...) and without getting an error, but the new password never works when I try it. I have this problem since some days; therefore I suspect that something is wrong with my account. Could you please help me to get my account working again? Thank you in advance.
