Issue 1:
I assume /home/mfelton/AESHDRS/aes.h really does exist.  However, does user 
fossy have read access to it?  Are you are running a single server 
configuration?

Issue 2:
I need a few more specifics.  The upload that was successful, did you do an 
Upload > From File?  How did you do the one that wasn’t successful?  Are the 
permissions the same on the tar?

Did you look at the job log file?  On Jobs > My Recent Jobs you can view your 
jobs.  If you look at the left hand side you will see “Job/Dependency”.  The 
left most link is the job output.  Click on that and you will get a page called 
“Geeky Scan Details”.  Is there anything in the “Log”?
