Hey Bob, Disregard that last email. When I ran nomossa it stated that only GPL license was found. That doesn't seem correct though.

If you have a public iso url, we could try with your specific iso. Also, since you are using nomos from the command line, you could try nomossa instead (in fossology/src/nomos/agent): $ make -f Makefile.sa This version of nomos doesn't even need fossology to be installed to run.
