You can get the source either from our sourceforge git repository or from the source packages at http://www.fossology.org/nightlybuild/2.6.0/ If you have the source, the load file for the license_ref table is fossology/install/db/licenseref.sql If you have 2.6 installed (from nightly build) you can see all the licenses in the license_ref table or use Admin > License Admin from the fossology menu. FYI, in 2.6.0 when you view a file in license view, the license text (or nomos snippet) will be highlighted so you will know exactly why a license was identified.
