Another option may be simply viewing that file in the source repo at :
http://sourceforge.net/p/fossology/fossology.git/ci/master/tree/install/db/licenseref.sql

Hi Kotrappa,

For the 2.6.0 license list you either need the 2.6.0 source code or 2.6.0
installed. You can get the source either from our sourceforge git repository
or from the source packages at http://www.fossology.org/nightlybuild/2.6.0/

If you have the source, the load file for the license_ref table is
fossology/install/db/licenseref.sql
If you have 2.6 installed (from nightly build) you can see all the licenses in
the license_ref table or use Admin > License Admin from the fossology menu.

FYI, in 2.6.0 when you view a file in license view, the license text (or nomos
snippet) will be highlighted so you will know exactly why a license was
identified.

Thanks,
Bob Gobeille
