Hello,

I upgraded to 2.6.0-rc1 on Ubuntu 13.10 destro and scanned set of files, scan
is OK but "LicenseBrowser" link shows "nothing".
This problem has not occurred in 2.5.0 ( I recently upgraded to 2.5.0 from
2.4.0).
I have put 2.6.0-rc1 in /etc/apt/sources.list, because 2.6.0 is not accessible
and shows "404" Not Found error if I put it.

Following is the log of upgrade to 2.6.0-rc1 from 2.5.0
