Hi Kotrappa,

I am sorry, I think I need more information to give you a more detailed
answer.
I have not yet encountered these errors.
If you cannot access fossology from the linux machine via localhost,
you cannot reach it from the windows machine.

Try looking at the installation logs (std out from installation,
/var/log/apache2/error.log, ...) to see where something might have gone
wrong.
