I understand that cp2foss uploads files to fossology, and immediately starts to unpack, scan for license and copyright information for a upload Id unless -q is specified. How do I track that scanning has been finished for a upload Id? So that I can then use fo_nomos_license_list and fo_copyright_list to fetch license/copyright information.?
