This is how I understand fossology + SPDX operation. The moment , the fossology is uploaded with sources zip file, fossology scans and puts license/copyright information in to its database. SDPX plugin installed on top of fossology query same database and generate license/copyright information into its own .spdx format. Hence fossology scanned license/copyright information and spdx generated license/copyright information is one and same as its fetches from same database/tables. Is my understanding correct?
