Are we interested in asking the involvement on the committee to any "extended community" member? * No more than 1/3rd of the committee should be from the same company? Same as for the board * Any Board member going to be joining the committee? last time we had one member which was ideal as this person was able to report back to the Board and knew Board's policies and procedures.
