Is it possible to find some common grounds on why and how a GLAM-organization should use Wikimedia Commons? Forget about troublesome disputes with specific organizations. Why should they use us and is it possible for us to tell them how to better utilize our services? What are our services? Perhaps we need a sales department... ;)
