On the latter two topics, where on Wikipedia would you suggest people go?

I don't disdain the mass public or people's interest in popular
culture either.  I just don't pretend running a website which lots of
people go to for information about pop culture, is making some huge
positive impact on the world, even if I do make the dubious assumption
that the information is substantially correct.
