Actually, that appears to be Russell McOrmond, not Michael Geist (though he's written extensively on the secret ACTA treaty negotiations). Certainly worth reading, and getting involved. ACTA is a huge threat to sanity in several overlapping areas Wikimedians should be and are concerned about: intellectual property, FLOSS, rights online, government transparency... I recommend http://www.michaelgeist.ca/ for anyone interested in these and related issues. Thanks for the link. - -Mike -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAkteAc0ACgkQst0AR/DaKHuxdwCfX58rDwn33iUDbYLYMYXcIP8X RHAAniBf7ExVgn5wzfKH/mYgKhrQEAG4 =7ggs -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ foundation-l mailing list [email protected] Unsubscribe: https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/foundation-l
