I'm with Kat; the unusual nature of the announcement here might put off the normal response when a long term Foundation employee departs, but in my observation Mike has done a great job in a tough position. I'm looking forward to hearing about his next role, and I hope it involves some public interaction so we can continue to benefit from his intelligence and sharp wit.
