Because some website push out the un-released press release and Baidu give response on it. Baidu reply that it is not truth and request people don't talk about it anymore.
Baidu is request to post a notice for stock market. However, we have not yet send out the press release and so far Baidu have just reply and no any other action. If they're traded on the stock market in Hong Kong (or anywhere else) - have they filed appropriate notices with the relevant financial oversight bodies noting this outstanding potential liability?
