Without actually reading the pastebins, it occurs to me that there are certain exemptions built into the privacy policy: http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_policy#Access_to_and_release_of_personally_identifiable_information Specifically, I would wonder if exemptions 3 and 6 are potentially germane to this situation.
