This proposal was around for a long time inside the discussion pages of 
the referendum itself. It would have many positive arguments:
* Truly neutral
* Easy to implement
* No time spend (lost) on sorting images
* No editwars about categorization

I would support this solution. But I'm strongly against any biased 
filtering by arbitrary categories.
