I personally think that the major drawback is that there is a mismatch between
the quarterly reports and our release scheme. IMHO, it would be easier if we
adapt our reports to the our release scheduler. One of the inmediate advantages
of this can be that can be used for writing the release notes more accurately
in time. I think a quarterly reports can be thought as a sort of logs of the
work developed by the teams in every release. And I think they should be
updated everytime a new milestone has been reached.
