What I meant was there was nothing actively in motion specifically to this group. Certainly, there is active work on existing systems, such as CiviCRM (which I mentioned) and OffstageArts (which I failed to mention, I apologize). One of the plans for this group was to attempt to create and/or improve existing software for organizations that are not arts-based organizations (which would use OffstageArts), and more-simply-organized non-profits (which can use CiviCRM). I don't think anything is in motion on that front. There is no solution out there yet, for example, for a fiscal-sponsor-style organization, like Conservancy (which I run) and SPI (which has similar needs, software-wise). If OffstageArts is planning to refactor to move beyond the specifics of arts-oriented organizations, and to support fiscal sponsors, that would be excellent to hear about. -- -- bkuhn _______________________________________________ software mailing list [email protected] http://lists.flossfoundations.org/mailman/listinfo/foundations-software
