Hi,

What you did is applying the PBR globally. Did you try to apply locally to the interface. Smt like

(x.x.x.x)----- e1/1 ---- B4000 e1/2 y.y.y.y --------------->

To enable PBR locally, enter commands such as the following:

BigIron(config)# interface e1/1

BigIron(config-vif-1)# ip policy route-map pbr-map

The commands in this example change the CLI to the Interface level for virtual interface 1, then apply the ??????testroute??????

route map to the interface. You can apply a PBR route map to Ethernet ports or virtual interfaces.

route-map ?? pbr-map permit ?? 10

?? match ip address ?? 102

?? set ip next-hop y.y.y.y

So, that should route packets from x.x.x.x host to y.y.y.y gateway, but

this is not working, i have high CPU load (30-50%) when i turn on "ip policy",

and if i turn it off load is 1-2%...

But packets doesnt going to needed gateway.

I look this maillist before and found same problem there:

http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/nsp/foundry/13915?search_string=pbr;#13915

But without real solution.

Anyone fix this issue ?

Possibe need try another firmware of something like this... ?

P.S: Sorry for my english, i`m from UA.

Regards,
