Yep, it's possible. Here's one that I've done where they wanted CHROME/8 users coming in on HTTP to be redirected to a different IP address & URL (still on HTTP) while everyone else got redirected to HTTPS (same IP address & same URL):
Config was on a ServerIron ADX using v12.1... I'm pretty sure that 10.2.01 on a ServerIron 4G could do the same thing with the same config.
