(I've already adjusted the terminology from Clinics and Providers to Schools and Teachers.) The Moodle question bank model, http://docs.moodle.org/en/Development:Question_database_structure, fairly easily fits into the proposed super set. The proposed model should be enhanced with recursion on the Person table to allow for Person-to-Person associations such as classes, mentors, teams, etc. --Fred
