Some of the answers I found myself (well, to be exact, one): The location of the reference RFS is in /target/cris-axis-linux-gnu.
Am I correct? Then still two unanswered questions, of which the one regarding how to add an extra dir in the RFS which is residing into RAM is the most important one for me.
