grazie Fabio :-), ho cancellato il file ed il tutto si è sistemato giusto per capire qualcosina in più agiiungo qualche dettaglio effettivamente avevo riflashatato con una nuova immagine "fatta da me" poi poichè il make tra le varie cose produce target/cris-axis-linux-gnuuclibc/etc/conf.d/net.eth0 ho modificato l'indirizzo ip di default con 192.168.1.90 quindi con make images ho rigenerato una nuova immagine
