Seems to me your ip-adres is not set correctly.
Try setting it to the address assignt to you.
Also you need to set your route and your dns-entries.
This way you can build a connection to the outside world.

However, I very seriously doubt if you will be able
to connect the opposite way (from the internet to your 
foxboard). You will be behind some NAT of your provider,
I presume (hence the 192-number).
