Yes, of course it is.
I build a kernel module, which has to be extended with ioctls
(unfortunately, i don't have time to do it for you, because I am stuck
myself) to work  and communicate with a userspace-application. (anyway, you
can test it with something like echo "blablaba" > /dev/servo)

I used the fast timer library, so this one has to be build inside the
kernel.
