Hi, I cant seem to flash my fox board.
I have tried the network method - nothing happens (I am using a virtual machine, but the fox board and vm can see eachother) My board is a 416 and I have downloaded and tried both the 2.4 and 2.6 kernel versions for this board from the acme site. I then tried the web method after clicking upgrade, I get the following message: Preparing system for upgrade ... Entering run level 4 ... Waiting for processes to be stopped in runlevel 4 ... ... waiting ... In run level 4. Stopping remaining processes. sending TERM signal ... All processes stopped. The file system will be factory default before reboot. Unmounting file system /var ... Unmounting file system /mnt/flash ... File systems successfully shut down. Receiving new firmware ... Error: format error in data received. The system upgrade failed. The unit will now reboot. To continue, please connect to the unit again. There may be a short delay before the new connection is accepted. This connection will now close. The fox board is still in a working condition - serving web pages etc can anyone help THanks
