I have the same wifi dongle and I experienced exactly the same issue.
I was using Wifi and SPCA Webcam on the same foxboard and I have been
told that it wasn't possible so I stopped trying to make this Wifi
dongle to work.
But I think I can remember now that during my attempts, I tried
without a webcam, just trying to transfer several data and I think
that I can remember now that it failed too.
So I think I also had the same problem.

Unfortunately I have not been able to find a solution for it, but I'm
also still interested by one.

Regards.
