I am glad to hear that you and Xavier get it working, so must be 
something i am doing wrong.

You say stabilized 5v, and i have the foxboard alone with the BEST 
JOB DC power supply that give us 5.09v unloaded, cant see how i can 
get better than this, and for the 4 foxboard have the same error, 
humm..

Could you and Xavier tell exactly how you did it?
Are you using FAT or FAT32 or ext2?
Did you format the kingston on a windows box?
Can you give the correct string to mount it?
