I see my error, I modify my code after you send.
I have a activity now. I remove the jumper DTR/RTS.
But all the servo move in same time. I test with the MiniSSCII mode.
the controller is ok, i m test with a windows application.
I'm search.

I think I see your problem. You are mixing the two operating modes, Mini SCI 
and Pololu 
Mode. Check the setting of the protocol jumper the document. Your first command 
is a 
Pololu command (which should write to flash and thus need only be done once) 
and the 
second (in the loop) is a Mini SCI command.

Perhaps there is a forum for Pololu products.
