Just to be complete: MCM means Multi Chip Module and was the first AXIS chip used on a FoxBoard (AFAIK). That one was a 4/16 version, being 4MB flash and 16MB RAM. So, seeing "MCM" in the RELEASE string, should give you the possibility to "deduce" it's a 416 board (4MB flash, 16MB RAM). I'm quite sure if you would run the command on the recent FoxBoards, you will get something like 832, being 8MB flash and 32MB RAM. But that, I'm not sure of (didn't use such a board so far).
