Hello! Is it possible to power the Fox Board via one of the 3.3V pins (J6 or J7)? I understand that I would not have USB available (no power to USB devices). I only have to use Ethernet, serial and I/O. Is it safe? Is there any recommandation doing that? Except USB, is there any function that will not work anymore?
I want to make a standalone installation running 24h/day, and it has to consume very low power. Powering via 3.3V will save a lot of power! The 3.3V would come from 12V battery, via a switching regulator. Thank you for your help!
