We use a program called ProcIns_extract which will read in a file
containing a list of tags to be retreived and output a text file containing
the data. We find it very useful. It is not an officially supported
Foxboro product as far as I know. You can also use the built in Data
Display function. If you use this I have written a very crude Visual Basic
program to convert the weird output file format into an evenly time spaced
file.

>Does anyone have a good way to recover bulk change driven data from the
legacy historian? I need to do a study that will involve most of the 350
or so points in our historian and need to go back as far as possible. The
reduction group data will not suffice.
