Perhaps I did not explain this too well.  Using the Foxdoc 4.1.1 CD for
Windows.  Select control Blocks then Integrated control block descriptions.
Chapter 1 contains a detailed description of all the CIO parameters used at
that time.  Fox Document number B0193AX.  Subsequently when this doc was
revised this information was removed.  So any later version of Foxdoc only
contails the parameter descriptions in the actual control block
descriptions.
