Being from Arizona, a state that doesn't observe daylight savings time,
we don't have to worry about changing time.  Yet the plant is physically
located on the Navajo Indian Reservation which does observe daylight savings
time and a few miles from other states that  do too.  It only gets more
complicated from here.  It just seems it would be easier if you wanted to
save some day light get up an hour earlier and leave the clocks
alone.................................
