I had to do the following to get PI to write to the Foxboro.
PI Configuration for tag to be written to Foxboro:
Location 2 has to be a list that has only WRITE tags (no READ tags).
Location 3 defines the type of data (for example, float = 3) which has to
have a negative sign for WRITES.  ExDesc is set to the
compound:block.parameter that will be written to on the Foxboro.  SourceTag
is set to the Lab tag that I want written to the Foxboro.

Foxboro Cofiguration:
/opt/home/ims/interfaces/fxbais/fxbais.sh on the AW has to have the
read/write parameter set to 1 (1=write, -1 = read only) for the fxbias
command.
