OFHA has some problems that won't be resolved.  See CAR 100053 and you'll
find that OFHA will skip filenames when they are more than 14 characters in
length.  The CAR response recommends I rename these files so they are
shorter.... kinda strange since they're either SYSTEM or FOXBORO created
files.  The CAR also states that Foxboro has NO intentions of fixing this
problem and have turned it into a PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT...

If you are using model 51 stations, you should consider using the OFHA 
product that is included in the baseline software supplied with AW51s and 
AP51s
