OFHA has some problems that won't be resolved. See CAR 100053 and you'll find that OFHA will skip filenames when they are more than 14 characters in length. The CAR response recommends I rename these files so they are shorter.... kinda strange since they're either SYSTEM or FOXBORO created files.
