Yes, it's significantly faster, but consider that ICCDRVR calls fail, if
anyone is configuring that particular CP when the ICCDRVR tries to open a
session on that. Also consider that an ICCDRVR run is always a configuration
type of thing, while getpars and omgetimp are just reads from a secured
database. Yes, I know that there is the access level READ after the OPEN
command, but I just wanted to remind you. ;-)

If I need regularly runnings scripts to retrieve data from the ICC database
and I have a way to avoid the ICCDRVR I always do this due to the reasons
mentioned above. Although it's very easy to use and gives a nicely formatted
output.
