Jacquline-

You are a bit naughty here to take this to other lists. We have an obligation
to ask if a photo has been edited if it looks that way out of a sense of
fairness. In my email Idid not reject it but simply asked if it had been
edited. You send back a defensive email on no editing on the body painting to
which I replied it looked the the back ground had been edited. Again I simply
asked if it had been edited. NEVER DID i say "you edited". The wording is "did
you edit". Call a spade a spade. If you are that sensitive you should not enter
the contests. Give me a break. Where else does a company post over 7000 photo
ideas as a free service? We would be amiss if we did not ask the question. We
have an obligation to be fair to all.

Subject: [fpba-assn] How can you see a photo is not beeing edited????

Hi

My sympathies. You CANNOT prove it.

I suggest you do one of two things, perhaps both:

1) Simply send a sworn statement with each submission stating that they are
unretouched originals

2) Ask for an explanation as to why you are accused of retouching the earlier
submissions and ways to overcome this in the future. Ask them on what basis
they reject and to demonstrate how this does not apply to any others.

If they do not accept 1) .... that's a really poor show, tattamount to accusing
you of lying.
They must be able to account for earlier opinions, decisions and actions 2) ...
and you are entitled to an answer. They should also therefore be able to
suggest ways that allow your submissions to be accepted for what they are ...

If it is a competition open to all and you abide by the rules .... by
preventing you from entering when you are abiding, is possibly against the
regulations of the gaming authorities!

But that''s all a bit 'heavy' ..... simply ASK how and what ... but request a
response.

Hello you all,

At this moment I'm having a bit of a catfight ;0) with Gary Cole. In the last
few month he and his team keep refusing my pictures because they are convinced
I edited them. I must be getting too good in painting! The detail photo I
attached is our subject now ( my signature is in it now, but Gary got one
without) He claims I edited the background???? Which backgro
