I have signed on with a amusment company to do a good handfull of fairs and it
is most for sure and new experiance for me? - this is my second fair and
yesterday was my ?first day at the north ga fair (which will be a 10
day?run)?was very very slow- but hey who can complain with two weekends?- I
think one of the food vendors possibly has another face painter here- some one
he has had here regular for several years I guess- not to sure how that works-
she is using craft glass glitter and what looks like craft paint-- a lady come
to the booth admiring my work and started talking with me about my faces and
products and we were discussing make up verses craft paint and she got this
strange look on her face and then brought her daughter into the booth who had
been painted by this other face painter- wow was all I could say -now it could
have been that rose art paint but the glitter was clearly big cut glass craft
glitter- she asked if she should take it off- I told her it was her choice and
gave her a run down on what bad products COULD do- they washed the?childs face
off and brought her back to be painted by me- ended up the lady was a teacher
and was looking for some ideas for money raisers for her PTA - they were really
nice folks and I threw lots of ideas at them and now they are gona try to get
some sponsers to pay us to come and entertain- so see how that works -?I also
meet Jennifer?from?pizzazza (sp) body art?the airbrush girl- she is just great-
I instantly liked her a lot- she is a lot like me I can tell- very cool-? so
far the fair experiance has been very cool- I have learned a lot and am still
looking for any ideas on things that can make it work better- so send them my
way- I will send some pics as the week progesses
