Okay, I know this has probably been asked and answered. If Snazaroo is the only face paint/make-up using FDA compliant UV/ blacklight reactive pigments, then how can other FP manufacturing companies say their UV/Blacklight reactive face paints/make-up are FDA compliant if they're not using FDA approved UV/blacklight reactive pigments?
