Here's another situation I need help with, I contacted a major fun place.
Brought them the idea to have a face painter there and all that, been in
talks with them to finalize a contract and then BAM I see an ad and they are
asking for clowns and face painters and balloon artists. So I call them and
tell them I know some that they can use without having to go thru the ad.
So now I am acting as an agent. What wording can I put in my contract that
would protect me and my other artists from being replaced and having other
competition there. It will be pay-per face by the costomers with possible
vendor fees
