I'd have to agree....these stencils arent like the disposable ones that are
being sold for glitter tattoos....they are sticky, but not in the same way.

have you ever seen one of those lint rollers that you activate with
water....these are sticky like that....like...really really really sticky.
it's some sort of polymer like they make kids toys out of that you squeeze
and the eyes bug out...or the squishy balls with things inside....it's that
rubbery sticky stuff....

I mite use it on the face of a friend...but probably would not do it in
general for kids faces at a venue.

though...I have problems doing anything on a kids face that isnt face paint
anyway....just for the removal factor.
