Hi Gary,
I am not comparing , I simply listed the ingredients in all the products I use
( most common paints used across the world)

Comparing paints ingredients: not comparing what's "Non Toxic FDA vs Non FDA"
if that makes sense

The real issue at hand I am identifying is this: was what was the "real"$
difference between the DFX and WFX......so I just went one step further and
listed what I used.

I think if there is a needed discussion about the FDA approved UV pigments in
some of the brands there should be a new thread started since that's not what
this thread is truly about ;)

Thought the majority of people would be interested in knowing what is in all
products.

LOL I laugh at how long it took me to do it.....but......what I know it was
appreciated!

Thanks Gina Niemi

For the record "nontoxic flourescent pigments" does NOT mean they are FDA
compliant or cosmetic grade. There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE. In your header you
seem to be grouping those pigments with those that actually are cosmetic grade.
Sharpie markers, tempra paints and acrylic paints are legally "nontoxic". If
you want to make comparisons then make sure you are comparing apples to apples.
If any brand uses noncosmetic ingredients then THEY SHOULD have proper labeling
as in the example of Kryolyn when they state on the label "for hair and special
effects only" on their UV colors. They should not try to pass off nontoxic as
FDA compliant when it is not. Lets call a spade a spade. I'm not trying to
start a fight but the facts shouldbe given if you wish to compare.

Hi Everyone,
I am doing this because there is a lot of questions regarding the
ingredients between DFX & WFX. So What I've decided to do is gather
all my Face Paints I use,
and list the ingredients in each of them.

I am doing this to reiterate that DFX is just another brand of
paint.....where there are similarities with WFX, there are also
similarities across all other brands offered and listed here.

I am not a scientist either so please don't ask me what the heck some
of these things mean......

However I did look up this word perfume
Hydroxymethylpentylcyclohexenecarboxaldehyde (synthetic parfume)

* please keep in mind the difference in color may vary the ingredients
between brands

Enjoy! Gina Niemi
