Greetings,

Olivier Zegers will be in the USA in May 2009 and the Denver
Facepainting guild members have an opportunity to take part in his
workshops. Most everyone has heard of Olivier Zegers, but for those of
you that are not familiar, you can go to: http://www.olivierzegers.com
<http://www.olivierzegers.com/> and check out his work. He has a few
demos you can watch too. This is a great opportunity for get one-on-one
time with a world-renowned facepainter.

You will need to let me know as soon as possible if you are committed to
taking the class. We can only have a max of 12 participants per class,
so please let me know as soon as possible if you want to take the
classes. I sure hope you can make it - this will be a lot of fun and
what we will be learning is going to be amazing. Olivier has a very
unique style and he can help bring your facepainting to another level.
Please email me if you are interested and let me know what classes you
are wanting to take. (see Olivier's notes on the classes below) More
details will follow when you are registered for the class.

Feel free to pass this onto a friend or a forum that would be interested
in the classes.

Colorfully,

Sherri :)

*_Notes on the Classes from Olivier _/
Students must respect the chronological order of the classes. This means
that somebody who has not fully followed the Level 1 is not allowed to
follow any day of the Level 2 or above. /*

*/There might be some exceptions for people who have already taken a 2
days technical class with me in the past. In that case only, they are
allowed to immediately follow the Day 3 of the Level 1 program. These
people must be able to prove, by pictures or an email from a previous
organizer, that they have effectively taken classes with me./*

*/Small classes or demos given during conventions cannot be taken in
count. /*

*/It could happen that some face painters argue they are professional
since a long time, and do not need to follow a basic or advanced
technique class. If you think they are right, you can suggest them to
send me pictures of their work. I will be the only one/**/ to judge if
they may skip the first level./*

So, if you want to take Level 2 without taking Level 1, you can forward
your work directly to Olivier for him to decide.

Also, regarding Products and Tools, Olivier's classes are sponsored by
Fantasy-Worldwide products, which means that all products will be
provided to students during the practice sessions. Tools like sponges
and brushes will be provided too. All demonstrations and explanations
are adapted to "ready-to-use" products (creams and liquids).Students
must bring their own brushes and sponges for checking to see if they are
appropriate to use in the class.
