"...What questions do I ask?..." The usual: How long and how are COI's sent once requested (via fax, e- mail, snail mail, etc.)? Who is the company they're insuring you through (as they appear to be the agents)? What is the company's rating? What is the deductable (if any)?
Once you know the insuring company, you can look into their performance rating online and make a decision.
