Just a quick reminder that tomorrow, June 9th, will be our First Orange County Face Painters Jam, featuring a short workshop on Glitter Tats by Donna Hostee of All Ways Entertainment, and offerring her Jam Discounted Specials. Also: Our First Competition will be: The Best Interpretation of an Aquatic Theme! There will be a small prize for the best interpretation, but I'll have the details of that at the Jam. Put your thinking caps on, and be ready to THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!...or should that be aquarium? Ocean? SeaQuarium? OK...you get the idea! Next month's contest will be: The Most Creative Design of Painted Jewerly, Torques, etc. (We've been so inspired by Ambah's work, let's give it our best effort...and it attracts teens and adults like bees to honey! Summer's almost here, and tanktops and the like just cry out for this type of art!) THE ORANGE COUNTY FACE PAINTERS JAM. I've booked the next 6 months for the SECOND TUESDAY OF THE MONTH FROM 3-8PM located at the HOMETOWN BUFFET located at 1630 W. Katella, Anaheim CA 92802...about a half mile west of Disneyland. We DO have to eat...but it's a small price to pay for the use of a private banquet room for that many hours, not to mention plenty of FREE parking, which in this resort town is a miracle!
